Welcome to Stockport Inner Light!

Our aim is to meet regularly for engaging and uplifting presentations and discussions, often complemented by meditation and music. In addition to these enlightening talks, we offer time for tea and the opportunity to connect with like-minded people in a welcoming environment.

Each session features inspiring speakers, and our goal is to serve as an impartial platform, embracing diverse alternative ideas and practices that could offer solutions to the myriad challenges we encounter in our rapidly changing world.

Things to remember

Come with an open mind and ready to contribute to each session.

Hot and cold drinks are provided and occasionally biscuits and cake but don't count on the latter!

It's worth bringing a notebook and pen to note down any inspiration from the events.

I attended the Stockport light session yesterday and really enjoyed it. I learnt some amazing things about myself and life!. Great people and great atmosphere.
