Things to remember

For the session, you'll need to wear comfortable clothing and come with an open mind

We’ll be doing some gentle yoga movement, and mats, blocks and blankets are provided but please feel free to bring your own.

There is free parking.

I'm not very flexible - is yoga suitable for me?
Absolutely! Most people who come to a yoga class always tell me they are the least flexible person ever. That's a great place to begin. Over time, flexibility improves as well as strength

I have never done yoga before will I be okay?
This session is suitable for complete beginners so even if you are the least flexible person ever, or think that you can't meditate because you have a busy mind, come along and give it a go. Pretty much everyone starts yoga in this place and they soon change their mind.
