What happens at this event?

You don’t have to wait for the New Year to make a meaningful change. In fact, most resolutions are forgotten by the end of January — not because we don’t care, but because they’re often forced and fuelled by pressure.

This special January workshop is a chance to do things differently. Through mindful movement, intentional breathwork, and guided meditation, you’ll calm the noise of everyday life so that clarity can arise from within. We’ll open the body, steady the mind, and connect with the heart — the place where your truest intentions already live.

Things to remember

For the session, you'll need to wear comfortable clothing.

Mats, blocks and belts are provided but please feel free to bring your own.

Please bring along a blanket, pillows and even a quilt for the relaxation.

I'm not very flexible - is yoga suitable for me?
Absolutely! Most people who come to a yoga class always tell me they are the least flexible person ever. That's a great place to begin. Over time, flexibility improves as well as strength

I have never done yoga before will I be okay?
This session is suitable for complete beginners so even if you are the least flexible person ever, or think that you can't meditate because you have a busy mind, come along and give it a go. Pretty much everyone starts yoga in this place and they soon change their mind.
