What happens at this event?

PLEASE CONTACT ME DIRECTLY TO ARRANGE A TIME. The advantage of one-to-one yoga tuition is that the sessions are tailored specifically towards individual needs.

In advance of the first session, a full health questionnaire is completed which includes a section on what you want from the sessions - improved core strength and flexibility, helping with back pain and stress reduction, are common requests.

During the first session, we will make a more thorough assessment of your level of fitness and flexibility and introduce a few basic yoga postures and a tailored meditation which is recorded for you to practice…

Yoga mats and other equipment is available to borrow but feel free to bring your own. Wear comfortable loose fitting clothing. Drink a couple of glasses of water before each class Practice on an empty stomach No food for at least 2 hours before a class…
