What happens at this event?

As winter fades and the days grow lighter, spring invites us to reconnect with vitality, warmth and joy. Experiencing the Joy of Spring is a nourishing yoga workshop designed to gently awaken the body, calm the mind and open the heart as we step into the new season.

We begin with a cacao ceremony, a simple and mindful ritual using ceremonial cacao to encourage relaxation and heart-centred awareness. This creates a welcoming space to pause, reflect and set an intention for the season ahead.

Things to remember

For the session, you'll need to wear comfortable clothing.

Mats, blocks and belts are provided but please feel free to bring your own.

Please bring along a blanket, pillows and even a quilt for the relaxation.

Absolutely! Most people who come to a yoga class always tell me they are the least flexible person ever. That's a great place to begin. Over time, flexibility improves as well as strength

I have never done yoga before will I be okay?
This session is suitable for complete beginners so even if you are the least flexible person ever, or think that you can't meditate because you have a busy mind, come along and give it a go. Pretty much everyone starts yoga in this place and they soon change their mind.
