Nature moves in rhythms. Winter invites rest, spring brings growth and activity, and by midsummer there is a gentle pause as trees stand in full leaf and flowers bloom in their full beauty. It is a season that reminds us to slow down, appreciate what is around us, and reconnect with ourselves.

This deeply restorative workshop draws inspiration from these natural cycles, inviting you to find your own balance between activity and rest. Things to remember

For the session, you'll need to wear comfortable clothing.

Mats, blocks and belts are provided but please feel free to bring your own.

Please bring along a blanket, pillows and even a quilt for the relaxation.

There will be refreshments from 4pm.

I'm not very flexible - is yoga suitable for me?
Absolutely! Most people who come to a yoga class always tell me they are the least flexible person ever. That's a great place to begin. Over time, flexibility improves as well as strength
What are the health benefits of yoga?
Here is a list of things that people who come to my classes tell me: - Less stress, better relaxation - Builds core strength and flexibility - Increases stamina - Sleep better - Improves health and wellbeing - Controls weight - Get more flexible
I have never done yoga before will I be okay?
This session is suitable for complete beginners so even if you are the least flexible person ever, or think that you can't meditate because you have a busy mind, come along and give it a go. Pretty much everyone starts yoga in this place and they soon change their mind.
Where do I park?
Parking near Swallow Mill Parking near Four Noble Truths Yoga is straightforward, especially during weekends, early mornings, and weekday evenings when free parking is available right outside the studio. For weekday daytime classes, parking can be a bit busier, so we recommend using the small car park located behind the studio or planning ahead by parking a few minutes away at Lidl where you get 90 mins free parking and can enjoy a short 3 min walk in getting your steps in!! While this setup isn’t always ideal, it’s the best way to ensure a smooth arrival and a peaceful start to your practice. Thank you for your understanding and flexibility!
