What happens at this event?

People come to yoga for many different reasons. Some are looking to ease physical discomfort such as tight hips, lower back pain, stiffness, or a lack of flexibility and core strength. Others are seeking relief from stress, anxiety, poor sleep, or simply want to feel more relaxed and at ease. Whatever brings you to the mat, your reason is valid.

Things to remember

For the session, you'll need to wear comfortable clothing.

Mats, blocks and belts are provided but please feel free to bring your own.

Please bring along a blanket, pillows and even a quilt for the relaxation.

There will be refreshments from 4pm.

There is parking on site.

I'm not very flexible - is yoga suitable for me?
Absolutely! Most people who come to a yoga class always tell me they are the least flexible person ever. That's a great place to begin. Over time, flexibility improves as well as strength
What are the health benefits of yoga?

I have never done yoga before will I be okay?
This session is suitable for complete beginners so even if you are the least flexible person ever, or think that you can't meditate because you have a busy mind, come along and give it a go. Pretty much everyone starts yoga in this place and they soon change their mind.
